RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you're satisfied! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may open a ticket and request a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to know what they are purchasing by browsing either our website or YouTube. We provide official reviews on our home page for anyone that is interested in learning more about the product. All returns must be requested within the first 24 hours of purchase with proof of software incompatibility. You will not be able to receive a refund if your Forum/CSGO account was banned before, during or after an active subscription. You will not be able to receive a refund if you forgot to cancel your subscription. To learn how to cancel your subscription, please contact support. We will only consider refund requests for users that are unable to use the software. We will deny any other requests. 

If we accept your refund request,  your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow at least nine (9) days from the time of refund to process your return. Refunds take 1-2 weeks to appear in your bank according to our payment provider.
